Accessibility

The conference intends to be accessible to all participants, on site and in its published materials.

The University of Texas at Austin

A dedicated accommodation contact has not yet been published. Requests are welcome in the meantime via the conference organizer.

Requesting an accommodation

Participants who require an accommodation — including physical access, captioning, interpretation, dietary requirements, or quiet space — are encouraged to make contact as early as possible so arrangements can be made. A dedicated accommodation contact will be published here.

Venue accessibility

The conference is hosted at the Joe C. Thompson Conference Center at The University of Texas at Austin. The venue publishes its own location and parking information, including the complimentary visitor lot at Red River and Dean Keeton.

Step-free routes, accessible parking spaces, restroom locations, and assistive-listening provision are not described here yet. Those depend on which rooms the conference is assigned, which has not been decided, and this site does not publish an access claim it has not verified for the specific spaces in use.

This meeting is in person only; there is no remote-attendance option, so travelling to the venue is currently the only way to take part. If that is a barrier for you, say so — it is useful for the organizer to know before the format is fixed.

This website

This site is built with semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, keyboard-navigable controls with visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images, and colour contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Motion is minimal and is disabled automatically for visitors whose systems request reduced motion. If you encounter a barrier on this site, please report it so it can be fixed.
